Best of Series

This is a compilation of my favorite or what I think are my best artist series photos. Over the many drafts I did, I tried to work on things, many new ideas to make my sets better. I also eliminated to things that didn't work in my set of photos. One thing I really though was successful was doing various tasks while jumping, so it wouldn't seem like you are jumping, since the tasks that are portrayed in the photos are things that do not require jumping, which makes the levitation concept more believable and realistic.

Levitation 3

This is our 3rd draft for our artist series. I tried to improve my levitation shots further this week. Some elements that I noticed were successful about the previous sets that I wanted to emphasize. One of those things was jumping while doing miscellaneous tasks around the neighborhood. That way it looks as if the person is levitating rather than jumping. This is what Natsumi Hayashi did in her photos, and that's why I thought her levitation photos were successful.

Levitation 2

This week we worked on our series, trying to recreate our photographers images. When we worked on them last week, our peers reviewed each other's series work and we gave constructive feedback about each other's work. I tried to edit and emphasize what I thought was strong with my first series draft and use them in my 2nd series draft.
